HetaliaxReader: Beautiful Day(England)

'I'll call Arthur!' You decide, 'Maybe he could come over for dinner~! But. I'm cooking.' You quickly pull out your phone and dial your best friend slash *cough*secretcrush*cough* Who in the bloody hell said that????? Anyways... You dialed number and waited to hear that wonderful British accent that sent shivers down your spine.
'Riiiiiiiiiing'
'Riiiiiiiiiing'
"Ello?" Mmmm There It was~.
"Hey Iggy~!"
"Oh, Ello _____.  How are you, love?"
"I'm bored outta my mind.... how are you?"
"Highly irratated..."
"Let me guess, Alfred... Peter..."
"Yes, love, my brothers."
"Well... you could come over here. It's almost dinner time. I could cook for you."
"R-really? I mean... I wouldn't want to put you out...."
"Oh it's no trouble at all! You're my best friend!"
"Alright. Alright. When do you want me to come over, love?"
"Um... how about six?"
"Perfect, I'll see you in a bit love."
"Alright,  Bye Arthur~!"
"Bye, love."
With that you hung up and got dressed. Keeping Arthur in mind you put on a british flag t-shirt with black jean short shorts. You slipped on your black high tops and put a brush through your hair. After you were dressed and ready, you went into the kitchen and started on dinner.

It was six o'clock and dinner was done, you had made fish and chips, Arthurs favorite, for dinner and scones, Again Arthurs favorite, for dinner. Though... he always seemed to enjoy yours alot more. The poor man couldn't cook to save his life. You smiled and set the table, and is if on cue, once everything had been set, You heard knocking on the door.
"Coming~!" You called as you ran to the door. You opened it to see your lovely, proper, *cough*sexy*cough* Britsh friend.
"Hi Arthur~!" You smiled and stepped aside allowing him inside.
"Ello Love."
"Dinners done if you just want to go sit down I'll bring it out."
He nodded and headed into the living/dinning room where your small table had been set for two.  You placed the fish and chips on a platter and brought them out to the table. Setting them down, you took a seat across from Arthur. He stared at you in awe, then smiled.
"Love... you went to all this trouble for me?"
"It wasn't any trouble..." You smiled and he chuckled.
You both put some food on your plate and you watched and waited for England to take a first bite. He did and his expression went blank, your forwned slightly, but then a huge grin crossed his face. This was very rare to see him smile so big, which cause you to smile and blush lightly as well.
"You like it?"
"Ofcourse love. This is delicious!"
You giggled and you both continued eating.

You had both finished eating and you were talking to England at his way out the door. He smiled sadly at you as he stepped out the front door.
"Well.. bye Iggy." 'Why cant I say it???' You mentally kicked yourself as you began closing the door but something stopped you. His voice.
"Wait. Love." You opened the door wide again.
"Yes? Wha-"
He cut you off by smashing his lips into yours, you blushed madly. Soon your brain kicked in and you began to kiss back. He wrapped his arms around your waist and you wrapped yours around his neck deepening the kiss. He licked at your bottom lip asking politely for entrance, which you happily gave. His tongue explored every inch of its new territory, but eventually you had to pull away. Damn the need for air. He smiled at you.
"I love you _____."
"I love you too, Iggy."
